Laughter Yoga
Exactly what it sounds like – pure joy and fun!
During this class, we introduce different scenarios that get your mind creating different styles of laughter. Laughing is the body’s natural way to:
- Boost endorphins
- Lower cortisol
- Increase blood flow
- Lower stress
- Feel good!
This isn’t a typical yoga class – there are no asanas or poses. Come as you are, but you will leave a different person!
