Power Yoga

A fitness-based vinyasa practice. As a type of Ashtanga Yoga, it shares many of the same qualities and benefits:

  • Building internal heat
  • Increased stamina
  • Strength and flexibility
  • Stress reduction

Teachers design their own sequences while students synchronize their breath with their movement. All levels welcome – any pose can be modified to fit your goals for the class.
